Check-in, exchange and refund policy

We currently apply the following return policy for customers

Goods that can be exchanged or returned:

     Defective goods due to the manufacturer
     Goods delivered do not conform to the design, requirements as agreed

Our products sent to customers will add some products to compensate customers for some products due to the effect of shipping or manufacturer's error.
